I have to question the bank staff's inability to be curious about such a massive cash withdrawal. They could have just good-naturedly asked why she was doing something like that.. Same with Western Union people, who probably see the other scam quite regularly (elderly person gets phone call from "grandson" supposedly in desperation in some other country, needs a ton of money, "please don't tell Mom" kind of thing). People with the keys to the safe need to help, to question, and if necessary, intervene.

I just got my booster shot today! I thought I was all set since I had been vaccinated as a baby, but that was back when Lyndon Johnson was president. I didn't know I needed a booster until now. And now, I won't have to worry about putting any babies that I come into contact with at risk. :)
