All forms of government in this country seem to care less every day about how transparent their BS is...sadly it will only get worse. The optimist in me wishes for it to get better, but the pessimist in me knows that no matter what happens to these politicians, more of the same will come to take their place should they leave office. It doesn't matter who we vote for anymore, really...the people we elect to represent us are just going to chase their own interests.
If you look at the myspace posted in the first few comments, there is more than one t-shirt about cop killing. Couple of pissant crybabies who probably didn't like that "BS" traffic ticket they got for going twice the speed limit, or something along those lines. Why can't people just not suck?
I'm guessing it's probably something stupid like they got a few traffic tickets, so they feel like "the man is holding them down". Whatever it is, I'm sure they got themselves into it but for the sake of feeding their egos they decide to blame it on the police. Kinda like the stereotype drug dealer selling drugs on the street corner and wondering "why are these cops sweatin me?"
Now that's a story to tell his friend's at school! Thumbs up for the parents who taught him to use a firearm without harming himself, an inch of caution goes miles.

I think he's trying to make a point that if one does not like Obama, one must absolutely have loved Bush. An all too common assumption, sans the logic. This left/right paradigm is getting stale.
Of course a lot of people want him to fry. We've had enough of paying for these creatures to live for the rest of their lives sitting in jail while we bust our asses just to pay rent/bills. To add insult to economic injury, they actually have recreational activities in jail. Some have TV's/basketball courts/exercise equipment and the free time to use them...and who paid for it? Rediculous. If not executed, these things should at least be put to work in a mine with a .45 kept at the back of their head in case they get tired. Prison, as it stands at the moment, does not fix people.
You make it sound as though having a church is necessary. That's your choice to build/maintain/participate in one. One does not have a choice to deny their children a compulsory education from the ages of 8-17 (if I recall the ages correctly). The law is the law, if you don't like it, homeschool your child or enroll them in a religious school.
Sure, as soon as churches allow teachers to come in to teach evolution during sunday school hours.
