Agree with you totally. As a female service member for over three decades, the root of sexual harassment is the tolerance level for sexual talk, banter, or behavior of any kind. Change that, change attitudes. There could be even more social engineering by those who think that YOU CAN'T GET RED-BLOODED AMERICANS to not talk about sex, when they mean re-blooded America males. It is a command issue: Really, is it under control or not?

"They should have the same ruling for heterosexual practices. " This, in my experience, is key. Thank you for writing it so very clearly.

I am still in, my son chose to get out of the military. He enlisted at age 18, before DADT, came out some time during the changes, when we started talking about it. Really, there is a LOT of grabastic banter that happens that is sexual in nature. The poor LGB types who cannot openly join in are sometimes tortured by this. THAT is what has to end.

This is indeed a reputable, credible source. Thank you for posting the information, the APA did indeed drop the diagnostic section on "homosexuality" from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) many years ago, is revisiting all areas of sexual identity issues in DSM-V, anticipated completion in 2012.
