Exactly...City council shoots first, ask questions later, and then says "oh, well too late". Also, the low income utility program doesn't help the majority of the rate payers. Even changed billing process to squeeze more $ out of the citizens.
Milwaukie city council has no grasp on reality and is only tearing sheets right out of the Portland City Council scam book.

If this is where I think it is on the river...it's a huge improvement over the huge wall that the anglers used to fish off of. Though it is on the other side of the river of the wall, I hope it's more enticing to anglers.
This way throwing back a non-keeper doesn't mean literally "throwing them back" off a 100ft wall back to the water.

Citi-Blow doesn't care...they're not even honest enough to return her payments that weren't enough. I'm sure she would have gotten the message if they would have returned the payments for not being enough. But no, they pocket it and then yank the rug right from underneath her.
They've recently gone to the extent of "reorganizing" their local branches and assigning customers to specific branches that are out of their way to get to. Really messed up when the local branch has to call another to verify your account. Hello, ever heard of "networking"? They are the poster children of dysfunctional lending.

My wife had a similar condition that moved from one side of her face to the other. We were blessed to know that the inflammation was benign and she is healed.
My wife is just as beautiful today, if not more than before this happened to her.
