No one should receive hostile fire pay unless they get fired upon. That's why its called hostile fire pay. Why is not ok for Obama to prostrate himself before an Islamic leader? It's a sign of mutual respect. I guess Presidents are just supposed to,bend over tell the rest of the world to kiss our ass.
