So let them sign it. Israel has had nukes (um, maybe) for several decades now. Their possession of nukes is not a violation any more than the US or China having them. Israel just need to promise not to proliferate their nukes to Iran or Syria... at least not before detonation.

Well from reading and listening to various reports and comments one thing is clear: most reporters and posters don't have a clue about the military, and especially about military medicine or force protection. I guess it's a result of 30+ of all-volunteer service. I am not surprised at the posters, but the media oughtta at least try to get rank/titles/chain of command etc right...
