Poblish already has a Scottish zone here: http://www.poblish.org/zones/Scotland, with the aggregated output of anyone I know to be, or to be pro-, Scottish, plus any recent mentions/tags of Scotland. Thing is, I'm sitting on a list of about 5000 blogs, and the only thing stopping me letting people browse/comment/subscribe to feeds for the country/region/city/neighbourhood level of their choice, is the more-or-less manual job of tagging all these blogs. Maybe I could crowdsource that job, then we'd be on our way...
