Apple should have a similar function similar to BB Messenger on the current search page (1st page on iphone), wihtout having to get into an application ... they r losing customers to BB for this lack function... any ideas ???
Is it possible to unlock 3G S now without jailbreaking it?? Since ultrasn0w can unlock 3G S, but u need to jailbreak to have access to ultrasn0w, right??

I'm having a problem with push notification as well ... im using a hacktivated 2G iPhone... it keep saying to "connect to itunes to use push notifications" for apps that supports push notification ... i think most 2G users are having this problem ?? my brother's phone is an Italian 3G phone, factory unlocked, n his push notification works flawlessly ... so if dev team has a solution to this, or anybody, that'll be great ..
i didnt get the emergenzy screen at all ... just worked flawlessly...well not flawlessly, the MMS option is not there for my phone: on apple website, it said that "NOTE: The MMS Messaging setting doesn’t appear if MMS isn’t supported by your carrier."...but my carrier definitely supports MMS...so not sure what's going on here...maybe since my phone was originally an AT&T phone, that's why the MMS function is not there since AT&T doesn't support it, but it doesn't make sense since im in Thailand... will have to wait n see...not really sure on that
anybody know how to use the MMS function ??
i dont think u can backup apps from cydia...
1st Gen Users: If you don't need to jailbreak yet, you can just update from itunes, no matter which sims u r using, provided that ur phone was jailbroken before... u'll lose ur jailbreak, but i guess u can always get it back once pwnage is out... i updated my phone to 3.0...no problem... enjoy!
alright guys: iphone 2g users (US Phone using overseas) -- I'm just gonna update the phone through itunes n see what happens... will let u guys know when it is done...so hopefully there'll be less confusion for those who r confused like i am... wish me luck...
