FYI little known FACT. SSN's are a voluntary system. There is no law in place requiring someone to obtain a SSN. Once you have one you'll play he!! getting rid of it but it can be done. Not having a SSN does not mean you are not a citizen but having one does not mean you are. For those of you who are going to say I'm wrong, research it yourself, that's the only way you'll believe me. Personally, I think anyone who bypasses the SS/Tax system doesn't deserve the support of the government. But it is possible and legal.

Center of mass shots are simply to make missing less likely not for any humane or quick kill scenarios. The head shot was more than likely a (lucky?) shot. Quick draw and shoot, little time to actually take a bead on him.

would it make you feel better if he had killed the cop or maybe if they had just not bothered responding because he had a mental disorder? Maybe cop #1 should've let him kill cop # 2 then asked him nicely to put down the cleaver. Mental disabilities are a reason not an excuse.
