Seems like if the school is so strapped for money, why don't they operated a day care center?? I'm sure the cost of attendants would be off set by the fees they would charge the parents for the kids to stay there. There would have to be guidelines about how many hours before and after school the children could be there, but in the case of this family in particular, they should let the child get off at the regular daycare. Seems like they are just trying to make it more difficult than it already is.

Amen!! Although in my neighborhood, people do still pull over and pay respect to a funeral procession. I said it when they did it, and I'm still saying it, when they made it illegal to have any thing to do with religion in our school, that we were going to Hell in a hand basket like my old granny used to say. Well, nowadays that hand basket has wheels on it!!!

Oh, so free speech is now only for certain people??? It's ok for these rude, ignorant, putz's to stand outside of someone's funeral and protest that they fought in a war (to keep their sorry butt's free) but we are not allowed to mention God or religion in school or any government function. Or for us to stand outside the funeral of a homosexual and protest their lifestyle??? How do you differentiate between the two, to say which is free speech and which is hate mongering???

Just think what would have happened if they had been armed and he hadn't. He would probably be dead right now and there would be a much different story being told. Too bad some of the bleeding heart anti-gun people don't come into their home or business in the middle of the night and face a gun toting criminal. Then they might sing a different story. You poor ignorant people! It could just have easily been a child this vicious dog attacked and killed. I have had child attacked and mauled by a vicious dog, and believe me, its something that stays with them for years!!
