Romny is in the same business as Obama, Buy out Mom and Pop business leverage it with loans until it is insolvent then sell it to the chineese communists, then park the funds offshore so that he does not have to even pay taxes on it. These towns and cities here in Texas can't seem to understand what a draught is (yep thats correct). You do not recharge an individual well you have to have a recharge of the aquifer and people hundreds of miles around are sucking water off of this aquifer. They are watering golf courses and football fields and womens softball diamonds. Then when the water table drops to low they start whining about the devestation. I will begin to have a little more compassion when they tear out all the underground irrigation for non-essential non-native grass for things like the local country club. These droughts cycle around on a 15 to 31 year curve so once they are here its going to last two or three years so shut these wastful eneties off until we get in the clear. If these aquafiers are pumped down it you either drill deeper or you wait for a flood to recharge. How about Austin and San Antone shut off the irrigation, instead of draining the aquifer and causing all this grief and expense?
