Since this technology already exists it will be inexpensive in ways of development, and not extremely expensive in construction.

As George Washington said the two party system would bring an end to our great republic. If we got rid of political parties all together it would solve most of our the political partisan corruption. I think it would give us Americans a true look at our representatives based on values not on political affiliation.

1. stop global push for single monetary base ( call rep. to not allow this to happen at g20 summit next week)
2. stop support for EU styled Parliament within UN.

i agree with most of what you were saying but just a few things.
1. 100% agree for the term limits your proportions
5. i believe congressmen should get pay like you say and that they should participate to receive the pay.
6. your electoral college idea would work just as if we elected our president just on popular vote which i beleive we should elect our president.
7. also getting to know our candidates is very important though the only problem was the media was skewing the view of the public and it seemed long because people already had their minds made.

11. with the US dominance in funding in the UN it is kinda hard for the UN to fight against the US. but if they do i fully agree to stop funding or leave the UN all together.
This gentlemen from England has more sense then most of the liberals in our congress. The UK is headed down the same slippery slope the US is going threw and this man realizes it. Hopefully our government and those governments around the world like the UK, China( with their new stimulus package) and most of the nations in the European Union except France (Who show some kind of logic.... I know, I don't understand it either the French doing something right.) will realize what to do; or the world will be in poor economic shape.
I agree with your proposal but, house representatives only have 2 year terms so i would suggest that house reps should be limited to 4 terms. ( the same amount of time as the president) Also i 100% agree on the constitution tests. OUR POLITICIANS NEED TO KNOW THE LAW!!!!
This leads to hyperinflation. Like Glenn said in this episode they have to cut off the printing at the right time to make this work but, once again this HAS NEVER WORKED IN MODERN HUMAN CIVILIZATION!!!!!!!!!!
