I have had athletes foot for a long time, 15-20 years. Is that a sign that I may have fungal issues in the gut? What protocol would you recommend to fight it?

Sounds like an interesting book.
You should give me one of those books so I see if I can make it applicable to a large Manufacturing / Industrial brand to create passionate customers.
After I am done with the book I will sell it as a second hand book on Amazon to fund an entrepreneur on Kiva.
And then once the Kiva loan is repaid I will withdraw the money to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy with my wife while we watch Charlie Rose.
