Isn't this a SCAM against the lawyers also? How will the lawyers be able to sue the government once they take over?

First: The bill is designed to destroy private sector health insurance and health management. One way among the many is apparently to have the lawyer damage fees sky-rocket and bankrupt the insurance companies. But then afterwards, the government takes over, and there won't be any more private companies to insure. So if anyone wants to be a trial lawyer, they better get rich fast, because it won't last long.
