Editing contact in Skype : when I try doing that it proves impossible to get the cursor down into the phone number field.
Not sure if that happened after JB or it's Skype , any one got that problem or only me ?

download TinyUmbrella on your PC , connect your phone then you can see if you have old shsh blob on cydia server or not .

I upgraded my 3gs Iphone from OS 3.1.2 to OS 4.0 & JB it , I never used OS 3.1.3 befor.
Today while I am using TinyUmbrella , I found on Cydia server a 3.1.3 shsh blob for my iphone , how that happened or is it a bug ?

Yes is normal , but I hope Dev Team solve it ,it has no effect on the functionality , but hope you pro Team can solve it .
