I was at Bolder Dam when I was in my 20s and figured if and when I was ready that was just the right height. Over 700ft if I remember. What a rush that would be! And I dobt very much I would survive.
Another young lady messing around with a old half bald monkey. What the hell is wrong with these humans these days? Sure glad I seceded from the human race a couple weeks ago! Poor girl must be really mixed up.
"Five people were killed and more than two dozen were injured in Oklahoma, where a suspected tornado ripped through a mobile home park in Woodward" Ok, silly me, I guess, but why is it a suspected tornado? Aren't they sure?
Some of these m-o-r-ons behind the wheel need to wake the hell up and realise a car is at best a dangerous object when it is moving. We tend to forget these days with all the comfort and noise reduction that we are not just sitting in a chair. Most ( I hope) people are not intending to do harm to others, they just forget. But some, like this inbred freak of nature driving the car forcing a biker off the road KNEW what he was doing and needs a serious ass kicking. The guy on the bike could have died, for crying out loud! Who knows, from what the lady that helped him said, he might have back problems now. Oh, and by the way Dena, thank you for being a awesome person and helping that guy.
Or an American-Oregonian? Or a Portlandian-Oregonian-American? Or Anglo- Portlandian-Oregonian-American? Every time I turn around they change the story. I still like the "Dirty White Boy" name (Foreigner)
Oh, and by the way, if you are sad, depressed or even just bored and never heard of Achmed the dead terrorist google Jeff Dunham and look at any of his you tube vids. You will laugh your ass off. REALY good stuff!
Especially if they drink their lunch before wrighting the update.
I agree. It is real easy for these people to sit in their warm little chairs playing with their little computers and bad mouth a tragic event. Most of them wouldn't even know which end of the paddle to use. I know personaly how easy it is afterwards to say "Shoulda, coulda, woulda" but I am lucky that the moments in my life ended up going the other way and I survived. I have no problem bad mouthing a tweeker for being stupid, or a drunk for running into a house, but good grief, this guy did a wonderful thing by 1st making his kids wear life vests, and 2nd jumping in to save his boy. I can not believe how many people jumped to the conclusion the kids were not wearing there vests. Maybe they should reserve judgement till the whole story is out? And, yes I admit I am guilty of not wearing a life vest when in a boat, and I know what cold water can do (I swim in the ocean close to Lincoln City all times of the year). I love the water, but I have my little people wear their vests when we go fishing and if they want to swim they take them off when we get to shore.
"transformed in that moment from a wannabe jihadist into a terrorist who sought to do grave harm to U.S. citizens." Is there any difference between a jihadist and a terrorist? Go ask Achmed, the dead terrorist.
