Because you have never heard of it then it hasn't happened?
I don't think that is correct, haven't found anything to back it up anyway.
The key is most, up in Bellingham I didn't go through any metal detectors, in fact there wasn't even an attendant at the door, walk in and go upstairs to the courtroom.
This is exactly why I don't understand some of the outrage, what are people outraged about if they don't have any idea what was done or said?
My brother tried that in Puyallup, didn't work. He purposely never said anything about the ticket to his family, went to court with proof that he was in Dallas, flight, hotel, car rental, meal receipts, etc. He pretty much proved that he was not the driver and when the judge asked him who was driving he told the truth, he did not know who was driving because he never asked. It's not his position to prove who WAS driving just that he was not driving. Well the judge still found him guilty and that was BS! If he was in Dallas how could he possibly testify to who the driver was?
How did you get that. Not at all. I'm saying that if the officer is wrong then they should have to pay the fine. If the judge agrees with the officer then I pay the fine. So if the judge looks at the same video that shows a person make a complete stop but then makes a legal right hand turn on the red and dismisses the ticket then the officer who validated that ticket should pay the fine.
It's open carry of an unloaded firearm. Similar to how people open carry in California. Gun in holster, magazine on belt in holder. In a car you could put the magazine in the cup holder and leave your pistol in the holster.
If what is true, very little details as to what exactly happened. No injuries, very little or no touching, no charges. I'm not saying that nothing bad happened I'm just not sure what happened to get so worked about yet.
So you unload. The law still allows this option for vehicle transport.
