I left Olympia a few days ago and one restaurant after another was shutting down. Grocery stores, on the other hand, are making a killing! People still have too eat. Why I'm in Montana producing my own food: big two acre heirloom organic garden, 35 chickens that lay multiple-color eggs and a few roasters to butcher, buying a strictly grass feed cafe and feeding it only grass and the occasional expensive grain (not corn), got a 6,500watt solar system and solar generator at 1,800watt, survival oven (http://survivaloven.com), Verizon Broadband Wireless, and cell signal - nice and nearest neighbor is three miles away. Remember back when the "save the earth" crowd was demonizing people for using hair spray and aerosol products? Who I really hated: Environmental WA! Those maggot worms in front of stores, on college campuses, on street corners.."Excuse me, do you have a minute for the environment?" <--- Sound familiar? They compete with poor Real Change sellers who are out for human rights, not some BS attempt to raise lobby money to fund politicians to vote for "saving the earth".
