We are all only a few generations away from immigrant.

This is the type of program that will help get the problem on more people's radar. It took years to get organic foods into the mainstream and it will take a while to build the momentum for this project as well. More grants like this are needed to help small businesses stay competitive with all the chain restaurants out there. They just do not have the money to compete in this way. Great job!
