Drastic times call for drastic measure. Implement the 10% flat tax now and certainly within the first 120 days regardless of the consequences.

We need the ability to post much bigger post and for the second half of the post to appear after the first. As it stand now my second half of my original post appears first and therefore the though process is out of order.

The ability to post an idea on a government forum is the first I have seen in 55 years. Maybe if the administrator take this one step further by doing as I have asked, the people may continue to come back here and feel as if they can make a sane and logical change in how issues are handle in Washington, DC. As it stands now DC seems to be a dysfunctional team of people who cater only to the bleeding hearts and freeloaders who've never done anything for themselves or the country. Consequently the cost of operation have gone up exponentially and our taxes continue to rise. Now is the time for a 10% flat tax for ALL, whereby all write offs are gone, not an increase in taxes so the government can cover their expenses simply because they had a bad case of cranium rectum inversion and can not balance the books yearly. This 10% will cover your federal and state obligation and will never increase. This single act could be institutionalized within the first 120day. Lets see if the Obamanator is worthy of this title.

This forum is all messed up. I see person after person commenting on the other persons comments and giving ideas of how this forum should be run, but when it comes to a comment like flat taxes of 10% for all, the abolishing of the IRS and all tax write offs, and a cash less society to assure everyone pays their fare share, I serious doubt the administration will ever see the full comment; so nothing will ever be accomplished. IMHO we need all comments reviewed by a transition teams member were we can get a return receipt telling the poster that his or her comment has or has not been routed to the proper administrator for action and consideration, and I do not mean an auto reply. That's just a blow off. I myself have always wondered if what I write is being seen by someone who can make a change or is it just a forum for people to vent to make them feel as if they're contributing to the change they want. I'll say this.
