iPhone 4 GSM running iOS 7.1.2 none of the themes work. Why?

I jailbroke my GSM iPhone 4 on 7.1.2 successfully. Now when I go to add tweaks on my iphone it tells me that infiniboard is not compatible with my device even thought further down it says it is. is this a known issue. and or is there any way around it?

Two questions. One does T-Mobile sell the unlocked world phones on their iPhone like Verizon does and 2 which iPhone version did that start on? Was it the iPhone 5?
