Bought a new HP Pavilion dv6 a month ago after old Toshiba died. I was very ticked off after down loading new updates and BSoD appeared. Spent to hours in a chat with MS last night and all they did was solve the symptom by downloading a new driver. Worked some what but started getting the BSoD again. I give Evan a two thumbs up: I used his first option and in 5 minutes problem solved. I will check with techerator before I ever waste time with MS again.
