This is misleading. 80% off applicant even for the Chinese are successful in their application for public universities. The only problem is the students are choosy on the courses and often they rejected the offer. Also they perception that public universities are inferior. Tertiary education is just part of the qualification for career and oversea qualification is not a guarantee for a good job. Many with local qualification or even without tertiary education are equally successful in their career.

The non Malay esp Chinese go prejudice on anything Malay including the language. The Malay got the same sentiment too on Chinese. SO English is the best choice. In fact to kill off any vernacular schools, English medium school is the best option but all races need to put down their racial pride to do this.

Are you sure Indonesia ranked 32. They are actually ranked 107 with score 32 and Malaysia ranked 50 with score 52.

Section 315 of the Penal Code only applicable if she did that on herself. In tis case it was done in good faith by a qualified doctor. There is no case and it is a waste of taxpayer money.

GST is an one off tax and it depend on the input price. The more serious damage is by the yearly increment of drug price by the pharmaceutical companies.
