Rep. Richard Morrison says he has written legislation to ban smoking in public parks, pedestrian malls and public beaches. Morrison, a Democrat, says it makes no sense to allow smoking in areas set aside for public recreation.

It makes no sense to make a bill like this. Its so stupid, I cant believe he had the time to write this piece of legislation. Its set aside for public recreation so why does it matter. To many lawyers in this country thats for sure.
