He has several kids........sad, I know
It also states that they aren't releasing any more info in regards to the toxology report........I could be wrong, but that leads me to believe she had more in her system than just alcohol. As for where she was prior to the accident, I am SURE someone knows something and just hasn't came forward yet (which is sad). Regardless, It is still a sad story no matter how you look at it.
so sad to hear.....prayers to her family and friends.
This is such a sad story......not only for Susan's family and friends, but I can only imagine what the driver feels like. I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what happened, but It doesn't sound like the driver did anything on purpose......accidents DO happen. Prayers to both families.
or they can run the plates and it could come back as the registered owner being barred....either way, what an idiot!!!!
if an employee reports abuse to a supervisor, I would bet money that the situation would not be resolved, it would be covered up. The employees are there to take care and protect the residents.
In a case like this, you absolutely do not need to go to the supervisor. When it comes to abuse you CAN report it directly to the state. Maybe you should educate yourself on the law......just sayin'
You do NOT have to go to the supervisor if you choose not to. If an employee believes there is abuse taking place, they can report it to the state.....in fact, it is the law that they report it
Maybe its just me, but if I worked at a place and knew there was abuse going on I wouldn't give a crap if my supervisor was "threating my job". Aren't they smart enough to know that it would be against the law to be fired for doing your job?? As a nurse, we are mandatory reporters and we don't need someone else to give us the ok to report abuse......I'm sorry, but this just doesn't sound right to me...
This is sad for the family. I agree, he took the easy way out.......but that probably only makes it that much harder for his family. Prayers to his family.
