Ahhhh,,,someone who is smarter than a 5th grader....You are so right,,,Thank you
Either you have not paid attention in class or your Professors are incompetent. FIRST degree murder is life w/o parole. Second degree murder and Manslaughter are NOT the same, If this man was NOT convicted of FIRST degree murder then the sentence is appropriate or at least within legal limits.
That said, I agree that there are much needed changes to be had in the system.
could that possibly be NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS????? You are one rude dude...
Are you for real??? How is a 12 year old kid supposed to know if the idiot in the SUV is or is not sauced? If the story is accurate, which I doubt, both stopped at the intersection, The kid began to move and the overflowing tank of gin decided that it was ok to move too. Then the gin bottle did not even stop. This is the Kid's fault??? Man i hope you are just kidding. if not you truly need help.
Wheee! Here we go again. What's to confer about. You got X number of dollars to spend,,,DON'T SPEND MORE THAN YOU HAVE. Also listen to the people who are giving your the money about how to spend it. Do we need a bunch of egg heads to tell Jenny Idiot that? Well considering her performance history I guess we do. Problem is that she is too thick headed and self centered to listen to anyone let alone the egg heads.
I bet the lawyers will have a field day with this one,,,,Also interesting...ZZM's headline said the driver of the car was a student. Student where in her 20's.?..It's been a while since I lived in Muskegon, but last I knew there was no college in that particular part of town, If she was attending the high school at age 20+ she probably should not even have a drivers license. We gotta stop giving the test answers to the kids who can't read {:-). I really find it hard to believe she was so distracted that she did not see the bus. My guess is going too fast and reacting too slow, either way she needs to get hit with a h#@# of a fine, not that she will learn from it though.
Not so! Read the article again. There ARE exemptions...
ABSOLUTELY...(But I have to say some of that 49 dollar software is pretty sophisticated, the difference comes in understanding the tax law and how to apply it. You should point out also that we (tax professionals) spend a lot of hours every year updating our knowledge and understanding of the law and the changes IRS and Congress have made
Wow..Someone who actually read the whole article. Yes the exemption will be a big help, I also expect there to be some sort of action taken with regard to the home equity loans also. This is going to end up in the face of congress sooner rather than later,
I have 35 years of experience as a Tax Accountant, Believe me, there are all sorts of holes in the tax law that can help people, and the IRS is not as impossible to deal with as most of us think. The stuff you read about in the papers and online is the exception rather than the rule, Trouble with the IRS comes as a result of either fraud or stupidity. Honest errors are correctable, with the help of someone who understands the workings of IRS problem resolution. Unfortunately, it often takes way too long to correct those errors, but believe me whatever your tax preparer/CPA charges you it will be a he@@ of a lot less that tax and accumulated interest if you can't get a bull head (and there are a lot of them) IRS agent to listen to you....They DO listen to professional accountants and registered tax preparers.
Well said. But please do not insult the animals that give you pork chops {:-) I have more respect for the animals than I do for the bankers,,,
