Are you part of the older generation or the younger one? If you are part of the younger one, why don't you worry more about spelling and grammar and less about how she dresses. If you are part of the "older" generation well, that's just sad.....I'm part of that older generation and just wished I looked that good!

As I looked at the photo of Nan Kelley, I realized just what an inspiration she is to so many, and she looks absolutely stunning!

Muspirit, my comment wasn't directed to you, I unlike so many others did get your "meaningful" play on words. I've read your posts and they are always very positive. I don't know about you but as country music fans we are so lucky to have so many artist to choose from, seems rather silly to me to "hate" on anyone!

Hey y'all, I think that you are getting off topic, this is a story about Carrie's duet with Steven Tyler, has nothing to do with Taylor or any other artist.

I'm not sure that I agree with you, a lot of country music was influenced by southern rock, it seems to me that Charlie Daniels and Alabama just to name a few were influenced by Molly Hatchet and Lynyrd Skynyrd, I also believe the new artists like Randy Houser, Jason Aldean and Eric Church were influenced by the same southern rock artist and I believe they "co-exist" very nicely. I think that you are putting way to much emphasis on the Underwood/Tyler duet, she won Idol he is a judge...symmetry nothing else. I do agree that country is becoming something else not sure what, and I think that the almighty record companies have something to say about that, it comes down to the $$$$, there are a lot of great artist that aren't getting the chance because they won't make the fast buck for the record companies!

Muspirit, I have to agree with those that stated she was a little "overexposed" although she does have the figure to pull it off! (My five teenage boys all loved what she was wearing!) I wonder sometimes if maybe the ladies are listening too much to what the stylists are saying and not really taking a look in the mirror! The young woman that continues to amaze me is Taylor, although I am not a huge fan she continues to mature and get better, hats off to her!

I believe that this article is for the top five woman of the red carpet, this has nothing to do with the awards. Although I didn't care for some of the gowns, I thought the ladies showed off their own personal styles!

I was a disappointed by Miranda's performance, in my opinion it was not one of her best. Did anyone else get the feeling that Blake was trying just a little to hard, seems to me he was holding back his sense of humor and that just didn't work for him. I'm not sure if they keep the same format that I would watch again.
