Seems like the moderator was too uptight to go with the flow. If people you are trying to supposedly help, ask for something good like saying the pledge because it is their country they would like to pledge, then what is the problem? Can you not switch your thinking mode for a moment and do something different? Can we not think outside of schedules? Would it have been too much to SERVE your group and let them say the pledge of theirs and your country if that is what they felt was in good order? Come on, loosen up and think. No one thinks anymore, it seems.
