I'd consider INAC changing to Aboriginal & Northern Affairs Canada a move forward instead... but I guess that would require the Government of Canada to recognize Métis under new allowances and what not. I don't think taxpayers would want to do that.

Besides getting INAC to change a word and an 11th province, I would love to see Canada treat its Aboriginal Groups as fellow humans because asking them to treat them as fellow Canadians is too much.
