He did indeed. Actually 1000's of Canadian's head south for specialized care every year. Guess what? Our healthcare system pays for it too.

We can always sell it somewhere else.

We aren't cheap. LOL We are parsimonious and a bank hasn't failed in Camada since the 1930's.

My friend my family and I have 50 years first hand experience with the Canadian health car system. Our infant death rate is half what America's is.

We aren't perfect but we are light years ahead America.

Canadians have always been a frugal and sensible people. We don't shoot our mouths off and we keep to our own business. Nearly 200 Canadian men and women have died in Aftghanistan. If America had sacrificed as much, US causalities would be twice 2000 instead if 1000; for, Canada has 1/10th the population of America.

We have stiff, fair and well enforced immigration laws. We summarily deport illegal immigrants and jail those who overstay their welcome - and then we deport them.

Few Canadians ever immigrant to the US. Why would we? America spending billions on Homeland Security on the Cdn/US border is sheer folly.

We are very proud and satisfied with our health care system. No Canadian directly pays a cent for the best health care on the planet. Do not believe the claptrap the 'merkin media propagates.

So just leave us alone and take your bank tax and stick it. EH.

As a proud Canadian, I am ashamed of Vancouver and their silly winter folly.

We have plenty of snow, but it ain't and never will be in Vancouver.

Wait for billion $ over budget.

Another case of politicians blowing my money, trucking snow around.

I had a similar experience to Professor Gates many years ago. I had just moved in to a new home and I locked my self out. I didn't know any of the neighbours yet but I knew how and where to break in. I might add I was dressed a bit rough as I had just spent a week camping and fishing up north.

So what did I do? I called the police. When they came I identified myself, explained the situation and they watched me break in.

The police thanked me. End of story.

Mind you, I didn't go to Harvard.
