The first one? I loved it - might be my favorite book read last year (or was it the year before?) :)

I will stop by this morning. I'm struggling to leave comments on some blogs these days, I work for a technology company but can't upgrade my explorer (or download any other browsers). Frustrating at times.

Have a wonderful week.

It's really nice to have him home.

It's something I can't blog about while he's away, if only for safety (me, home, alone, in the woods).

and you know I'm so close to making a decision on my 2013 life challenge... which will require a LOT of training.

I will never forget the moment I realized that my nervous energy is focused on cleaning/organizing.

When I'm on a boat... the deck was the next best things. lap after lap, after lap!

My doctor provided a motion sickness patch to keeps any issues at bay. I think almost everyone on the ship wore them but there were many people in their rooms, sick.

Doing laps on the outdoor deck calmed me like hiking in the woods.

The high waves were concerning at times and worst around midnight one night, when you can't see what's going on.

That said, I'm glad I experienced a transatlantic cruise vs a social cruise. It's a good experience to draw on as I read novels, etc... it's an interesting mindset (being captive for a week).

I believe it's almost two am here... Wide awake yet exhausted. Tell Miss H I went 4-5 months sleeping no more than two hours a night in 1996.

My dad snores a few times a minute... Water torture ;)

Sent from my iPad, excuse short messages and typos

It is COLD back home this week! I love winter and snow... but as you know it only snows on 'warm' MN days :).

I will be on the TM today as well... will watch Biggest Loser. Did I see that you are training for a half in August? Congrats!

I once went 4-5 months with no more than an hour/two of sleep a night! I watched Melrose Place at 1AM and surprised people with my knowledge for 'world's strongest man'. I knew everything about this competition! funny... long before the internet.

Yale: I hoped to spend hours there but my Dad's visit is coming to an end and he wanted to visit. He can't walk more than a few steps so I knew what to expect. I hoped to sit him in a local coffeeshop and walk the streets - next time! :)
