Why? Right or wrong, guilty or innocent, plenty of cases are tried and convictions are made on circumstantial evidence and witness or expert testimony alone. Not every crime has to have a smoking gun/DNA/confession/video. They just have to prove without a doubt which is often a very subjective thing to jurors.

Correct, which is why they are all moving here and driving up the cost of living. If you aren't already one of the privileged few with a tech job in the Bay Area earning $200k or are being recruited out to Google's new campus, this is a bargain. If you are from 99% of the other places in the US which are less affluent, Boulder County prices are very high.

Yes, only around here would a median home price be $470k. Where I'm from, $470k would buy you a small palace.

So if you don't own a home in Boulder County now, and you are one of the lucky ones to qualify for a loan and find a house, should you buy? Does anyone think home prices will not continue to rise almost every year? Just curious since I'm debating it or whether I should wait. Thinking Lafayette.
