§ 14‑33. Misdemeanor assaults, batteries, and affrays, simple and aggravated; punishments.

(a) Any person who commits a simple assault or a simple assault and battery or participates in a simple affray is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.

Israel does not need another Arab country in the neighborhood, especially one that certain parties want to build inside of Israel. Being in favor of a Palestinian state is just another way of saying that you don't want Israel to exist.

Egads, the United States using violence against those poor Somalis? Where is the ACLU? I guess nobody got the State Department's message. If terrorists are no longer terrorists, then pirates are no longer pirates, they are now to be called seaborne activists. And they are not engaging in piracy, it shall be henceforth called "naval wealth redistribution". Where is Obama's Mr. Roger's school of diplomacy?

Cynicism aside, thank God for the Seals, who acted as God's vehicle for rescuing the captain.
