I'm no fan of BO or his policies, but getting all worked up over this joke is ridiculous, and frankly, it's the type of reaction I expect from the limp wristed left in this country. Quit with the crocodile tears and fake outrage, it was a joke. My jewish friends found it quite funny.

You realize that almost every bill passed during the Bush years was with bi-partison support, unlike Obama. Hard to call him a dictator with Democrats voting with the republicans...but you're obviously blinded by ideology, so this won't mean much to you.

You must assume the majority of the protestors are business students, when most were probably liberal studies, ethnic studies, etc. They couldn't tell you the difference between micro or macro economics...why do you think they vote overwhelmingly for NoBama last election?

Get a clue buddy. The legislature runs the state and creates the budget, not the govenor. Until the people of California stop voting Democrat in ever election, nothing will change.

Cutting salaries isn't going to do a damns worth of difference. The top professors make the money they do for a reason, there is a demand for them. You cut their salaries in the UC system, they'll just get better paying jobs in other states.

They would be better off cutting out all the nonsense majors like 'ethnic studies', and focus on majors that create high paying jobs.

The state needs to cut funding to illegals, lower business taxes and decrease the regulatory burden of owning in a business in the state so the 'evil rich' can start investing their money in new businesses, and to stop the flow of businesses leaving the state to AZ and NV.

No incentives? Getting a high paying job isn't an incentive? I think it has more to do with the fact that Indians cherish quality education and are willing to put in the WORK required to get one. How much tax money is spent subsidizing liberal studies and other group-think deciplines? Indians, Chinese, Pakistani's and Iranians all value education, American students, on average, do not.

Why is this so hard to understand...the Republican Party lost it's way, and became Democrat lite. I consider myself a conservative, not a Republican. That doesn't mean I wouldn't vote for a Republican over a Democrat, although out here in CA, there isn't much difference.
