Helmerich won't have to do a thing to disable the rigs. Just shut them down and throw away all the operating instructions. Chavez's minions will not competently be able to operate them. In 6 months Helmerich can then approach Venezuela and negotiate a "consulting fee" to bring the rigs into operational condition. This can then be repeated.
