"CPS officials say they're concerned for the safety of the kids because Curtis Drakeford was charged with molesting young children in 2010 and is being investigated for punching his own kids.
The parents also have a history of domestic violence and currently have restraining orders out against each other, according to police."

Having said that, the investigating department came to the right decision. It's a horrible situation, but it's the correct decision.
