You miss understood me,
From what KDera (from ESPN Brazil) said during the Woman's Super X, Mariana WAS NOT INVITED.
I do NOT laugh about Mariana being in 6th place in the WMA, i think its great , i`m even following the races. I also wish she was in X Games, that way it would help getting some media time here.. She's even better than most of the MEN here in brazil, including me of course.

I guess I just had my expectations set too high for the "ambassadors" of our sport, in Brazil.

About Balbi Jr, no way he would beat Scott Simon from ProTork.
I'm not saying i don't like the Balbi's, just makes me upset they could help promote MX through their success, kind of like TP did for the USA.

Grow up man, holding this kind of event its a huge support for motocross
Obviously you dont live the life, as you would needed to for the understanding of how media exposure can help our sport.
X-Games got to choose to let motocross into X-Games, and honestly i give it up for the society, for bringing in different categories.
Due to this structure, motocross now has more appearance in X-Games then any other sport.

There is no way this could be done without support from everyone, thats why it sucks seeing comments like yours and chimpohead`s on this page.

Earning the Gold was Potter, no doubt he deserved the peoples vote, after throwing his bike around like i throw my leg over my bike to ride. As it always comes back to who wins, his sideways whip had everything for the gold X medal.

I agree Railer,
EVERY TIME Hansen went for the whip, the camera was either pointing at something else or at a bad angle.
Another rider who didnt get the glory deserved was Josh Grant, throwing a lower in the bike kind of style whip, he was for sure a contender for a X medal. And he only got like 6% in the votes.
