Is there a way to be unlock after reinstalling a custom firmware without Cydia & ICY with Pwnage tool ? Just to make it appears clean ? :P

I just want to unlock it without having Cydia, Installer or whatever! :P Just to make look clean and to be able to do a switcharoo with sim when I travel.

If I jailbreak my iPhone and install UltraSnow to unlock the device, Do I'll be able to recustomize the 3.0 Firmware with Pwnage Tool and disable the "baseband update" and keep the unlock without having my iPhone jailbreak ?
