I was really surprised too, since there's been so little buzz about it >.< At first I even thought it was a sequel or companion novel of some sort, haha. Thank you! :)

Ooh you play the violin too?! I always wish that I could play by ear but I rely a little too much on the music hahah. I'm really sick of this cold weather as well, just let the sun come out already >.< It's still too freezing to go without a huge winter coat, so I just can't wait for Spring weather to finally arrive. :D

What a fun meme Aly :D (I laughed at some of your guys' answers lolol) I really really want to read Twenty Boy Summer now; I didn't think it'd be a tearjerker!

Wish I had time to participate but kudos for getting this together ^^

It depends if I'm offered or not. New books are pretty rare at my library and I don't think it'd be at the top of my to read pile. :)

Do give it a try, it's still a pretty decent book! It's just that there was a lot of hype behind it that disappointed me (I think Audrey gave it a better score on GR, though I do love how we have similar bookish tastes hehe) so if you lower your expectations perhaps you'll be proven wrong ;D

I think it may have been that I finished The Knife of Never Letting Go recently, which has sci-fi elements that are kind of crazy awesome, and the slangy babble makes sense with the setting in that case. orz

Yeah, IMM would definitely be too time consuming/useless reply-wise. Although past discussion posts have been kind of crazy and I hate it when someone leaves a long comment and I don't have time to reply... >.<

I think I'm finding that leaving a comment on the commenter's blog is just as appreciated, if not more so. But I love it when a post generates discussion.

I'm only about halfway through Revolution, lol. The diary portions are awesome though. Hope you get a chance to read Swan Kingdom soon; good luck with that tbr! I know what you mean..

Lol of course I can't help but reply to your comments, Amelia. They make my day <3 And yes, go Aussie authors!! I really want to read The Piper's Son soon.

I didn't think Revolution would appeal to me at all, and I was pretty sure that I wasn't going to like it-- but I can't put it down, haha. Definitely take it out once you get the chance. ;D

And about your screen comment, the cover for Revolution looks a lot better in person, I find. It didn't wow me on Goodreads, but it looks really pretty up close!
