You write as "Rev" from the address of your church....And what has this got to do with the church? "nation's capital city" etc. Did you actually re-read your letter? Stay focused on the church's real business and stop writing letters and flag waving.

The letter writer fails to mention the big lump of a hotel and restaurant (owned by National Trust) and privately owned pub restaurant much much closer to the stones than this proposed development. Are they "Preserving the natural landscape and habitat"

The teams and the event organisers spent months putting this together for the their own enjoyment and thousands of others. The Bearded Prat decided he wanted to spoil everybody's fun - for what cause? He didn't have one. I wonder if you were cheering when the NW200 was evacuated last year, or the Grand National abandoned a few years ago?
