I've noticed only minimal issues with Chrome is cases where the browser could not support certain web elements, but it is becoming more rare of an experience as Chrome updates itself.

Chrome Extensions are well under way as well.

Chrome also has all the power of WebKit when it comes to web developer tools.

Maps like these are made from Steam's Map SDK called Hammer Editor.

The Xbox 360 version of Left 4 Dead was made by Certain Affinity, so unless the Xbox 360 version has a map editor and Darth Brush and the L4DMODS Team re-creates it with that editor, then it won't be available for the Xbox 360 version of L4D.
