I am so happy for him. I remember when he went to prison and what a tragedy it was. I'm so glad he didnt give up on his dreams. What an inspiration.

We are that stupid. I mean come on...we are slowly giving up the most precious thing we have...our civil liberties... so why not a meager 1% for the state. We fall for scare tactics and succumb to fiscal blackmail all the time. Its nice being empowered isn't it? Checkpoints gropings beatings blah blah blah... Where we are headed as a country...as a people? Even our police are letting us/themselves down. Too somber? Maybe...I'm going for a walk now...in the rain :(
