Even if she would have been found guilty she would have got to live. They don't persue the dealth penalty for vehicular homicide. No she shouldn't have been driving if she had a couple of beers, but I can guarentee that she would trade places with her son's in a heart beat if she could. RIP little guys!

Citizen's arrest would be great except somehow the person doing the arresting will be charged with assault. Then the illegal immigrant will sue their pants off. Somehow their rights will have been violated. Send them all home to where they came from. They want to be here and be able to vote then follow the rules and do it the right way (legally)!
