Yerolemou looks nothing like the Syrio in my head, but I like his look despite that. I agree with some of the other posters re: his hair - I think I'd like to see him keep his curly mop. :)

Not 100% sold on Cassie Howarth as Dany, but her reading was definitely a lot better than Salt's. I like her look though - she's lovely.

I did like Hastings' reading for Doreah. Waugh's reading seemed very slow to me.

Sorry, she looks way too old, and she sounded monotone. Not convincing at all. The guy reading with her though...good job.

I'm sad to read this bit of news. I thought Ehle was perfect casting for Catelyn. While Fairley is not anywhere close to how I see Catelyn, I'm sure I can live with this bit of casting. Here's hoping there aren't too many more casting shake-ups in our show's future.

As for the 4 choices WiC has presented - I'm not really sold on any of them really. I like Stewart, but I don't see Tywin when I look at him. I'm not familiar with Dance or Dale, but Dale has the right look. As for Nighy, he's not someone that I ever would have thought of for the part, but it's a very intriguing suggestion.

As for some of the other suggestions being thrown out...
Brian Cox - Simply not a fan of
Kenneth Cranham - Great actor, but doesn't look right; could live with his casting though
Ian McShane - I absolutely hate the idea; too thuggish looking
Christopher Plummer - 20 years ago, sure - he's way too old now (80)

So, in summary, I guess my vote goes to Nighy or Cranham. 'Tis a shame Plummer is too old, he really would have been a great choice.

Don't know how I missed your comment before, but now that I see it....I like all of your suggestions except for Emerson (and only because I've never heard of him).

Boyd is a rather interesting choice. He's not someone that would have come to my mind as Littlefinger, but I'm kinda keen on it now that I see it. Gruffudd would be great too.

Thewlis and Tennant look too tall, but I like both of them as well. I love Roth, but he looks too old (and he's busy with his own show).
