Anyone that blogs or tweets about how much they hate their job using their own name or an account that can be traced back to them is probably too stupid to be of any use in the workplace to begin with.

I am all for people being honest about what is going on for them at work but if they are doing it in a way that allows them to be identified then they deserve whatever happens to them.
