How the hell do you know this? Yes, the cervix can be bruised and will likely be bruised during forced entry and the vaginal lining will tear if the skin is dry. If not it will not. But I have had plenty of sex where the man misses a thrust or two and jammed himself into me painfully and I know damn well there were bruises. And women can have sex without being sexually aroused so their vagina will not balloon upward until long after penetration during which the penis is pressing hard against the cervix, bruising it. We also do not know for a fact that the ballooning of the vagina requires sexual arousal. We may never know this because no one is going to rape a woman just to find this out. I hope. It is possible that the tension of the women prevents any ballooning or the body can try to protect itself and force ballooning to prevent injury even through the tension. The reason why this makes me angry hearing you say this is one I assume you are male so why are you stating facts about anatomy you do not have and two you are making very precise claims stating them as facts about evidence of rape which can mean, to the courts, that if that evidence is not there then rape did not occur.
