There are different types of dementia, not to mention brain traumas where people can seem remarkably lucid, but not be able to care for themselves. Poor lady, I hope they find her family and that they are looking for her, not trying to get rid of her.

I would imagine that toxicology tests would be run in the instance of any unusual death, not that that means they're suspicious.
