Hello again Dream Home hopefuls! Remember the bendy river clues from last year? It was so much fun guessing where the picture was taken. I hope we get some similar clues this year!

John Gidding will probably not want to deliver the keys this year, since we all cyber-stalked him last year. Poor guy.

It is certain that the winner has been notified. We bloggers are always wishing and hoping til the end, but it always takes awhile for the reveal. Just be happy for the secret (for now) winner!

Didn't realize that wasn't the process with Blog Cabin - was with other HGTV sweeps. I am hearing that HGTV asks winner for check in amount equal to 25% of FMV of prize, as and for withholding. Does anyone know if this is true? If you can't come up with it, what happens? Do you forfeit?

Well, here we are again, Bloggers! Tomorrow is the drawing! The randomness of it all makes a win possible for each and every one of us regardless of circumstances. Just keep in mind the tax requirement here. I see there is no cash option this time. I guess it's either pay the (quite substantial) freight and take the place or find a really good realtor very quickly. Good luck everyone!!

For certain the winner has been ambushed and is running around being a happy little millionaire, turning cartwheels and buying cowboy boots. Forms are getting signed and photos/video is being edited. We will hear soon!!!!!
