If the Federal Reserve is really unconstitutional (which I think most people watching the show incl. me would agree), then how do we take action against it? In other words, why do we need to try to convince Congress to pass a bill to audit it or better yet eliminate it? Why can't we sue for redress of grievances? I think someone like Tom Woods could be called as an expert witness and could certainly prove that they have "injured" the economy as a whole with their inflationary meddling. Can't we create the biggest class action lawsuit in history? I mean if big tobacco can be forced to pay 100's of billions, why not the Federal Reserve? Oh yeah, they would just print the money. Anyway, as a lay person, I would really like to understand the legal options and roadblocks to challenging the constitutionality of the Fed.
