Great article but you got Bogota wrong. I am currently living in Bogota and the Government of Uribe is conservative and supports free markets. Colombians oppose Chavez and the communist regime that he is building. And Uribe has taken the fight to FARC and other narco-terrorists and making the country safe again.

Of course GE is pushing the socialist "green awareness" They stand to gain immense power and fortune when the Government starts doling out contracts for green technology.
